Member Terms and Conditions
We recommend that Members print and keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference. These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights. Please note that these Terms and Conditions apply only to www.Linemypocket.co.uk and not to transactions on Partner Merchant Sites. When buying from a Partner Merchant the Terms and Conditions of that merchant govern your contract.
- 1. Acceptance of Terms

- Linemypocket.co.uk will offer services and the proposed buyer will trade with Linemypocket.co.uk only on the conditions set out hereunder.
- Should there be any any conflict of understanding the Linemypocket.co.uk Terms and Conditions will prevail.
- 2. Force Majeure
- In the event of war, invasion, act of foreign enemy hostilities (whether war has been declared or not) civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection or military or usurped power, then Linemypocket.co.uk shall be relieved of liabilities incurred under this contract wherever and to the extent to which the fulfillment of such obligations is prevented, frustrated or impeded as a consequence of any such event or by any statute rules, regulations, orders or requisitions issued by any UK Government department, council or other duly constituted authority or from strikes, lockouts, breakdowns of plant or any other causes (whether or not of a like nature) beyond the control of Linemypocket.co.uk
- 3. Governing Law
- The arrangement shall be governed by English Law.
- 4. Member Accounts

Linemypocket.co.uk operates a one user one-account policy. Any attempt to open more than one account will lead to a suspension of membership privileges. Linemypocket.co.uk is an internal UK business and is only available to members resident within the UK. In addition Linemypocket.co.uk reserves the right to refuse to accept a new member. Linemypocket.co.uk reserves the right to cancel any memberships at any time without liability. Reasons include but are not limited to: failure by members to receive member emails; attempting to operate multiple accounts; operating an account from outside the United Kingdom; an account becoming dormant for a period of 365 days or more; misuse of offers from Partner Merchants.
Only one member that shares a location or computer with other members may participate in Easy Cash offers, such as by visiting price comparison sites. Members that breach this condition may have their account suspended.
Where an account has been dormant for more than 365 days and Linemypocket.co.uk has been unable to trace or make contact with the Member then any cashback in the account will be cancelled.
- 5. Newsletter
- Members must agree to receive regular electronic mailings. Such 'newsletters' will typically be limited to one every 2-4 weeks, but may occasionally be supplemented by special offer mailings. Linemypocket.co.uk will not pass email addresses on to third parties.
- 6. Offers

An offer is defined as any promotion linked to a Partner Merchant. Each offer is governed by individual terms. Please check with the Partner Merchant concerned for full details. Linemypocket.co.uk reserves the right to remove or amend any offer at any time without notice.
Linemypocket.co.uk reserves the right to cancel transactions linked to an offer that it deems to have been due to an error. In cases of dispute the decision of Linemypocket.co.uk or its agents will be final. All discounts excluding cashback are the responsibility of the respective Partner Merchant. Members should confirm the validity of a discount with the Partner Merchant concerned before completing a purchase.
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise stated. This includes promotional vouchers, discount codes, refer a friend promotions, or other discount offers provided by other organisations. Use of such codes may make your purchase ineligible for cashback, and should not therefore be used. However promotional codes, vouchers and discounts listed on Linemypocket.co.uk can be used in conjunction with cashback unless otherwise stated.
- 7. Cashback Points

Linemypocket cashback points have no cash value until a withdrawal request has been approved by Linemypocket. At this time cashback points will be converted into UK pounds at the rate of £0.01 of cashback points = £1GBP. Cashback point amounts are provided for guidance only. Most Partner Merchants report transactions within a few days however some take up to thirty days to report transactions to Linemypocket.co.uk. This is to allow for items returned, and for which cashback is not paid. Where a Partner Merchant has not logged a purchase, Linemypocket.co.uk reserves the right not to allocate cashback. No liability will be accepted for software or hardware failure in any circumstances. Should this situation arise Linemypocket.co.uk will do its very best to obtain cashback on the member's behalf from the Partner Merchant but cannot make any guarantees. In any dispute over cashback awards the decision of Linemypocket.co.uk is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
In the event that a cashback payment has not been credited to your account within the time specified for that merchant please provide details of the transaction to Linemypocket.co.uk. Linemypocket.co.uk will then contact the merchant on your behalf in order to try and recover the funds. Any payments made will be at the merchant's own discretion. Missing cashback payments must be reported to Linemypocket within 30 days of the original purchase. In all cases missing cashback is due to failures in either a retailers system or problems with the settings on your own computer. The terms and conditions that you agree to when you use this site state that you must be prepared to accept that a minority of missing cashback will not be recovered.
Unless otherwise stated, cashback payments are only available on purchases completed online. No cashback will be paid on phone or post orders. Orders placed online that are later completed or revised by phone are also not eligible for cashback. If this occurs you are advised to cancel the order and place a new order online.
- 8. Payment

Linemypocket.co.uk aims to fulfil cashback withdrawal requests within seven to ten working days, however no guarantee is made, and no liability accepted should the process take longer. Payment is made by electronic funds transfer ( Paypal) or as Amazon electronic gift certificates.
At no time does Linemypocket have access to your bank details. Paypal accounts are free and easy to set up. Visit www.paypal.com for more information. Paypal Cash can then be used in payment for goods at thousands of online stores or on Ebay. Alternatively cash may be withdrawn to an UK bank account. Please note Paypal levy a fee of 25p (subject to change) for bank account withdrawals below £50.
Amazon gift certificates can be used towards the purchase of products listed in Amazon.co.uk's online catalogue. They cannot be redeemed at other Amazon sites overseas or any of Amazon.co.uk's Auctions, zShops or Marketplace or at any of Amazon.co.uk's Trusted Partner sites. Please see Amazon for full terms. Minimum amount to withdraw cashback for both Paypal and Amazon is £5 but this is subject to change. Withdrawals must be made in multiples of £5.
If you fail to collect a withdrawal payment (resulting in it being returned or void by the payment provider), then Linemypocket.co.uk at its sole discretion will credit the funds back to your account, less a £1 administration charge.
If you return or cancel a goods or services then you are not eligible for cashback unless the offer explicitly states otherwise (e.g. cashback on free trials). In the event that a cashback payment is displayed on your account as 'confirmed' when it should have been 'reversed' you agree to inform Linemypocket as soon as you become aware of this fact. You are not permitted to withdraw these funds, even if the system permits you to do so. Knowingly withdrawing cashback that should not be credited to your account constitutes fraud. All available methods, including legal action, will be taken to recover any loses sustained by Linemypocket.co.uk.

In the event of closure of the site Linemypocket.co.uk will make every attempt to pay any cashback outstanding greater than the minimum withdrawal amount. All other cashback will be lost. Linemypocket.co.uk reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting new Terms and Conditions on this web site.
